This is what Anneke said:
"Dear friends,
I deeply regret having to inform you that the forthcoming Concert For Chile has been canceled. These last two weeks we've been working around the clock to make this happen. We had some of Holland's biggest names in popular music supporting this benefit. Nevertheless, ticket pre-sales weren't even close to what one would expect from a line-up like this. Today we had to throw in the towel, despite the massive support of the Melkweg venue and all artists & crews. I received an overwhelming amount of moving messages of Chilean people: thank you all.
I can't begin to tell you how sad I am at the moment. All profits of my new single will still be going to Chile. Thank you for understanding, stay safe and I hope to see you all soon.
With massive love,
Anneke X"

I just recently updated the interactive section with new ways of getting in touch. You can now follow us on Twitter or join our new Facebook group where you can meet other fans besides finding out what's new!
You can enter through the interactive section clicking HERE OR you can click on the next links:

"Concert For Chile" is the name of the event initiated by Anneke van Giersbergen (Agua de Annique) to gather money to help the victims of the earthquake.
This show will take place on the 24th of march at Melkweg in Amsterdam and artists like Anneke van Giersbergen, Sharon den Adel, Freek de Jonge and many more will play together to support Chile. Simone will be joining them and all the money gathered in this event will be given to Chile. For more information go to http://www.aguadeannique.com/cfc/
All profits for the shirts that will be sold at the Epica show in Chile will go to the victims of the earthquake as well.

To commemorate the album which made Epica one of the most important female fronted bands from the international metal scene, the band will perform in its entirety at their gig on the 21st of March at the Effenaar in Eindhoven (Netherlands)
This is a one in a lifetime opportunity, and probably you won't have another chance to hear all of the songs of that album played live in one show. There will be 3 special guests plus special offer on "Consign"-merchandise. Be sure to get your tickets today since they are going pretty fast!

Also this upload is quite special for me, for these are the last news I'll be publishing on this website. I've decided to leave Eternal Silence / Epica Argentina; I've written something about it which you can see below, and I would like you to read it if you can. Thanks a lot in advance! Please keep on supporting this website and this great band! :)
"After working on this website for 4 years, I've decided that the best I can do right now is to leave it, but that does not mean that it's going to be closed down.
This last year has been quite special for me in many ways, it was hard for me to focus on the website; and also I didn't have enough time for it. This lack of energy, concentration and time will surely repeat this year. I feel that if I have to be on this site, I have to be much more compromised, and I know I won't.
I trust in Lucía and I know that she will keep on doing a great work, and keep you updated as usual (or even more!)
I'm extremely happy with the result of our work, I never imagined that it could last so many years, and I hope for many more to come. I'm proud of everything we've done and I'm really thankful for all your support!
Last but not least, I would like to say thanks to this amazing band, EPICA, who have shown that they're great people, they've always helped us since the very beginning! I hope I gave back to you a little bit of everything you give to me with your music. Thank you so much!
I think this is the best for me and for the website.
Thank you very very much for your attention and support!...
Juan Pablo.-"

The name of the ballad is "House on a Hill" while the name of the second song remains unrevealed.
More news coming soon.

This is what the official site said:
"In the early of February 12th Epica's tourbus crashed on Canadian Highway way 1 while driving in the Rocky Mountains when a car lost control and went spinning for the bus,
The busdriver Dave Mabry managed to avoid a head-on collision by running the bus against the rail-guard,
Although the car was totaled and the bus suffered severe damage and some Band & Crew members got thrown out of their bunks no one got hurt.
After a few hours delay and some on the the spot repairs the bus was able to continue the journey to Victoria Canada."
Here you can see some pictures Simone posted on twitter:

The bus

About the new members they say "...it's refreshing every now and then to have a line up change...", they also talk about the new album and the single Unleashed "...This song appeared to be everyones favorite for a single..." and about the Latin American Tour "...Every country welcomed us with open arms and the crowds were fantastic..." and much more!
